Dear Parents
We want to welcome all our new parents and kids, you have made the right choice! Remember at Sinbad we care as much about your child as you do!!

Stationary money:
Our stationary money for this year will come to the amount of R220-00 ages 2-5 years, this fee will include your child’s school bag. Babies one to two years R100-00. (This money will be used to buy on new educational toys for
our little ones) Stationary money is also used to buy on educational toys for all the classes, as this gets broken, damaged, eaten and pieces lost during the year.

GRADE R CHILDREN
BOOK FEES FOR THE YEAR - R220 ( THIS WILL INCLUDE YOUR CHILDS SCHOOLBAG)

ALL GRADE R KIDS WILL NEED TO BUY THE NEW UNIFORM, AVAILABLE AT SINBAD NOW / SHORTS AND JACKET CAN BE BOUGHT AT ACKERMANS.

All stationary and book fees must be paid by end of January 2010.

All pre-school children must have their own small blanket, clearly marked at school for cold and rainy days.

The following items must please be sent to the school once a term:
- 1 box tissues
- 4 toilet rolls
- 1 bar of soap
- All children must please supply their own face cloth clearly marked
- Babies 2 face cloths please
- Payment of school fees

Please make sure that your school fees is paid promptly, no child will be allowed without paying school fees, unless written arrangements have been made with Lorna Steenkamp. Please note all fees must be paid on/or before the 2nd workday of each month. Please make use of the debit order system or bank deposits as we do not want cash on our premises for the safety of your children.

Special discount:
If you would liked to pay your school fees for the year there is a very good discount.

Debit Order System:
Parents who might be interested to go on the Debit Order System, must please get forms by Susan and complete it and hand it back as soon as possible at the crèche.

Concert DVD:
The concert DVD of 2009 is excellent quality, and if you still would like to order one please let us know before the 20th January 2010.

Update of information:
All parents will receive an information form that must be completed by everyone, even if you have just enrolled. It is very important to let us know if your telephone numbers changed. We have experienced problems in the past regarding this matter.

Bus service:
If your child is making use of our bus service please make sure that you are ready and waiting in the mornings, and afternoons, if one child is late, everybody is late. If your child is absent please let us know telephonically, so that we can notify the driver in due time.

NOTICE - VERY IMPORTANT
SHOULD I REQUIRE THE PERMANENT DISCHARGE OF MY CHILD/REN FROM SINBAD THAT THE NOTICE MONTH WOULD ONLY BE ACCEPTED IF WRITTEN NOTICE, ON AN OFFICIAL LETTER SUPPLIED BY SINBAD HAS BEEN HANDED IN AT SINBAD, BEFORE OR ON THE FIRST WORKING DAY OF THE CALENDAR MONTH OF NOTICE. NO NOTICE WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THE FIRST WORKING DAY OF THE NOTICE MONTH. I ALSO DECLARE THAT AS THE PARENT/ LEGAL GUARDIAN OF MY/THE CHILD/REN THAT I WOULD AT ALL TIMES BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MONTHLY NURSERY SCHOOL/ AFTERCARE/BABY CENTRE, PRIVATE TRANSPORT AND OTHER SERVICES FEES IRRESPECTIVE OF UTILIZATION OF SUCH SERVICES OR NOT, UNTIL WRITTEN NOTICE HAS BEEN GIVEN IN WRITING IN THE APPROPRIATE MANNER.

FEES:
All fees are payable in advance before or on the 2nd workday of each month. A penalty of R100-00 will be charge for late payments.
We can unfortunately not allow any child without payment after the fourth (4) working day of each month; (unless the applicable fees have been paid.) No financial concessions will be made for holidays or any other reason of absence. The full amount is therefore payable in advance, which is inclusive for the month of December where the School and all its activities will be closed for approximately two weeks.
